This LEXCEL accredited firm in the heart of London provide a friendly and professional service to the community, building on their values of being a client-focused firm. With this in mind, the need has arisen to recruit a Private Client Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.
This Private Client role entails the Private Client Solicitor to work closely with the Private Client Partner, though will be expected to work independently, on a mixed value caseload which will include but is not restricted to: wills, probate, estate and core fees planning, court of protection and power of attorney matters. Applications for this Private Client Solicitor role will ideally be a qualified solicitor, ILEX or equivalent with upwards of 3 years' PQE, with solid experience in Private Client matters. Those candidates who are STEP qualified would be of high interest to this firm. Likewise, considering this firm's increasing range of enquiries from their German counterparts, knowledge of German would be a considerable advantage, but is not a requirement.
Bearing in mind the sensitive nature of most Private Client matters, a conscientious and positive individual would do well in this firm, with the willingness to support clients, in what is often a difficult time, absolutely essential.
