Residential Property Solicitor

Our client, a well-established, CQS accredited firm have a reputation of providing high standard, quality services to their clients. This firm are a leader in their field, proving that a commitment to building strong client relationships is the key to providing a reliable and efficient service. With this in mind, they are seeking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer on a full-time, permanent basis.

This Residential Conveyancer will allow the Residential Conveyancer to deal with an active caseload of Residential Property with the occasional amount of Commercial Property matters. This stand-alone role will require the Residential Conveyancer to attend to matters of buying, selling and letting of both residential and commercial premises, landlord and tenant matters and lease renewals. Ideally the successful Residential Conveyancer applicant will be a qualified Residential Conveyancer, ILEX, or those qualified purely through experience.

The successful Residential Conveyancer will consider client care the focus of their work, will be proactive and will be excited by the opportunity to further their career in this stand-alone role.
