Are you a corporate lawyer with a passion for technology? Are you looking for cutting edge and
exciting M&A and venture capital work?

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior corporate lawyer who is looking to get exposure to
some of the leading work in the industry. You will advise clients on the full range of corporate
investment, M&A and advisory work. The position will offer you direct client contact and
considerable responsibility where you feel comfortable from the get go. You will work with
technology companies through their life cycle, including investment and exit transactions.
Working alongside some of the leading names in the market, you will receiving the training and
support to raise your profile and develop as a leading Corporate Lawyer within the Technology
space.

Clients come from a range of sectors including FinTech, CleanTech and life science. The firm is
collaborative and hugely international with offices in the key financial centres of the globe. They
have represented 42% of the Top 100 in The Sunday Times Rich List and 25% of the US Top 100
Forbes Rich List. If successful, you will sit within the Technology group who offer advice on
corporate, commercial, IP, employment, immigration and real estate matters. Work is exciting and
fast paced, with clients being in a constantly changing global environment.

The ideal candidate;
- Will be a newly qualified lawyer who has completed a seat within a leading corporate team; or
have up to 2 years PQE within a leading Corporate team with exposure to technology clients.
- Will be ambitious and passionate about technology.
- Should have an impressive academic record.
- Will ideally have had exposure to venture capital transactions.

I would be keen to speak with junior corporate lawyers who have a strong grounding in corporate
law and have had exposure to clients within the technology space. This is a team that not only
