Your new role

This employment solicitor role will see you head the department. You will manage a team of solicitors and paralegals. The work is exclusively applicant based. The department does not have financial targets.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an employment solicitor with a number of years' experience. You will ideally have applicant based experience but applications are also invited from those with respondent based experience. You should also ideally have had experience of supervising/managing other solicitors and fee earners.


What you'll get in return

This is a rare employment lawyer role to head a department. The role is varied and will involve a good mix between day to day management and legal advisory work. The department has no financial fee earning targets. Home working one day a week is available. There is an excellent salary and a very robust benefits package.
