A well-known UK retail brand is looking for a commercially-minded corporate compliance and consumer regulatory lawyer. You will join their top-tier in-house legal team in Central London.
You will be responsible for advising and representing the Group on all aspects of compliance and regulatory law including: data protection, anti-bribery and corruption obligations, competition law including GSCOP and licensing. You will report directly to the Head of the Regulatory Team in Legal.
This role would perhaps suit a City-trained white-collar crime lawyer looking to move in-house into a broader commercial role. Legal expertise and experience as a solicitor advising on compliance, especially in-house and within the retail sector, will be viewed favourably.
