Junior Legal Counsel

You will be responsible for on-boarding of primary Commercial Real Estate loans with secondary responsibility for general legal advice across the business.

Highly experienced on delivering first class solutions across a number of services to participants in the credit, structured and asset backed finance markets involving a diverse array of institutional clients

Description

Some of the main responsibilities will be:

• Managing the Primary on-boarding process;

• Reviewing and negotiating loan documentation;

• Liaising with the various organisation stakeholders;

• liaising with external Counsel.

• Advicing on general corporate matters and commercial contracts (including terms of business, NDAs and engagement letters)

Profile

The successful candidate will be a junior finance lawyer, ideally with experience in the areas of commercial real estate, asset finance and/or structured finance.
