Your new role

You will be advising clients upon residential conveyancing transactions including plot sales and advising developers on the set up of new sites for development and preparing the legal handbooks to enable the plot sales to be processed. The role also requires you to provide legal and technical support to the residential team by assisting with reports and the authorisation of files to exchange.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced solicitor in residential conveyancing, ideally with experience of acting for developers on plot sales. The successful candidate will have a track record in business development and demonstrate a polished approach to be able to confidently deal with High Net Worth clients and developer clients. You must be able to demonstrate an ability to work to the SRA's Skills Standards and to provide accurate, focused advice to clients.
