Construction 1-3 PQE

The successful applicant will join an established team, working directly with the Head of Construction, advising major domestic and international clients on both contentious and non-contentious Construction matters. Applicants should have experience in disputes arising from the Energy & Infrastructure, Engineering, and Construction Industries, ideally within a recognised Construction team at either a leading City, West End, or Regional firm.

Applicants should also be familiar with a broad range of non-contentious work, including drafting and amending construction contracts, deeds of professional appointments, collateral warranties, third party rights agreements, parent company guarantees, terms and conditions of business, bonds and escrow agreements.
