A Longstanding Firm based in East Lancashire is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their successful Property team.
This Commercial Property Solicitor role will consist of dealing with a mixed caseload comprising Commercial Property Sales and Purchases from shops through to factory premises, landlord and Tenant and Agricultural estate work to name a few.
The firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with ideally 2- 6 years PQE suiting somebody with a few years under their belt with prior experience working on the above Commercial Property work.
The salary on offer for this Commercial Property Solicitor role is anything up to £40,000 per annum.
