Corporate Senior Associate

The Corporate practice at this rapidly expanding transatlantic firm boasts a superb offering to clients across a broad and diverse range of areas including M&A, Private Equity, reorganisations, JV and VC transactions, and general governance matters.

The Team is led by recognised individuals in various industry publications, and with London being the focal point for the Firm's growth of the next 2-3 years, further marquee hires are expected to increase the already impressive foothold the Corporate group has within the City.

As a result of this ongoing expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate with strong experience across range of Corporate transactional work to join this highly-rated team.

The successful applicant will join the Corporate team at an exciting point in its development, and will enjoy fewer obstacles in terms of their own career progression due to the lean structure of the department. Applicants should be able to demonstrate solid experience in Corporate work, gained at either a leading City or International practice, alongside some prior experience of acting as a key or sole point of contact for clients, and the ability to act as a mentor to junior fee-earners.
