Our client a large UK law firm based in the West End are recruiting for a CRM Assistant to join their Marketing and Business Development team to help develop and maintain the day to day management of the firms CRM database as well as some aspects of digital marketing. This role will report into the Head of Marketing and will support the department with firmwide marketing initiatives whilst working closely with all business service groups and firmwide Partners. Duties in this role will include:
- Manage data quality, duplicate checking and merging, ensure effective use of the Salesforce CRM system, acting as an advocate for the effective use of CRM data
- Monitor of all new contacts and approve/reject as necessary
- Working with the Marketing & Business Development teams to develop CRM into a position for use in business development initiatives
- Assist with digital marketing initiatives such as; blog output, social media monitoring, SEO performance, maintain photo library in line with firm branding
- Assist the Marketing team with the execution of campaigns and mailings
- Participate in additional ad hoc projects in conjunction with the Marketing/BD and IT teams
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in CRM role within a law firm or professional services, preferably using Salesforce products
- Educated to degree level with relevant degree relating to marketing or data management
- Experience with Google Analytics, Vuture, SEO, Dotmailer
- Experience of working with senior members of staff
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a forward thinker
