Housing Disrepair Litigator.
An established multi-service law firm in Cheadle, South Manchester is looking for a housing disrepair litigator to join its growing litigation team.
You will be joining an established Housing Disrepair team comprising of 3 experienced litigators, where your role will be to manage a caseload of housing disrepair matters.
You will ideally be a housing disrepair litigator with at least 6 months' experience of working on housing disrepair work, the CPR rules and the litigation process.
As an experienced housing litigator, you will likely have experience of Landlord and Tenant Law, as well as Housing Law, and also be familiar with the working and application of relevant legislation such as the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 and the Defective Premises Act 1972.
The firm is offering a competitive salary, likely up to c£30,000, plus a generous bonus scheme.
This is an excellent role for a housing disrepair litigator who is keen to join a team in South Manchester where there is a lot of scope for progression as it continues to grow.
