Legal Counsel

We have partnered with an international Sports Technology company in their search for a Legal Counsel.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced, growing legal team at a time where the business is changing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
• Drafting and updating policies and manuals.
• Assisting the Regulatory team with preparing regulatory, licensing and compliance documents.
• Assisting with company secretarial and general corporate matters.

SKILLSET:

• Qualified solicitor.
• Experienced at drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Drive to improve existing processes when necessary.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent in English.  Other European languages very useful.
