This top tier ranked firm is seeking a 5 PQE + solicitor to join their Employment team in Norwich.

Team:
- The national team is ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500 directory and is highly regarded in the local area and nationally. There are also a number of leading individuals noted by both Chambers and the Legal 500 in the wider team.

Candidate:
- The successful candidate will advise on a range of matters including Employment Tribunal litigation, redundancy, restructuring and TUPE as well as corporate support work. - The successful candidate will work closely with the wider employment team across all offices and provide commercial employment solutions for employers. The team's client base is primarily private sector companies.
- Business Development forms a large part of the role and you will assist with continuing to build up the practice in the Norwich Office and the Eastern Region.

Salary/ Benefits:

- Salary will be dependant upon experience, circa. £45,000+
