Regulatory Lawyer

We are working with an international Sports Technology company in their search for a Regulatory Lawyer.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced, growing legal team at a time where the business is changing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drafting legal and regulatory analyses and risk assessments.
• Ensure the company is compliant and applies to laws and regulations at all times.
• Prepare regulatory, licensing and compliance documents.
• Main contact with national regulatory bodies.
• Train each business unit on relevant regulations.
• Responsible for producing (and filing) regular reports submitted by and to the sports gaming authorities.
• Manage projects related to the regulatory scope (Sports Ethics, Responsible Gaming, Anti Money Laundering and Data Protection)
• Draft, negotiate and review contractual agreements relating to commercial matters.

SKILLSET:

• Qualified solicitor.
• An interest in regulation, licensing and compliance and a want to expand existing knowledge.
• Strong written and communication skills inspiring respect and confidence from both internal and external parties.
• Fluent in English.  Other European languages very useful.
