Are you looking to work in a top tier and top ranked property team in the Thames Valley? If you are keen to work alongside leaders in their field in a supportive and friendly team then this could be the perfect role for you. Our highly rated and regarded client are looking to further expand their commercial property team, based in Oxford.
You will be working alongside a partner who specialises in commercial landlord and tenant, freehold acquisitions and disposals, developing out sites and all aspects of property portfolio management. You will be working on a variety of interesting and complex commercial transactions including conditional contracts and options, sales and leasebacks, corporate support transactions and secured lending.
Our client would be interested in hearing from September 2019 qualifiers as well as solicitors who have already qualified.
