The Firm
Our client is one of the Top 5 law firms for TMT and Life Sciences. Whilst UK based, a high proportion of their work is derived from overseas clients. They act for many US businesses in the life sciences sector as well as technology business.
The role
Due to continued growth and multiple client instructions this firm is seeking to hire an associate into its commercial contracts team. Associates will work on some of the most advanced projects including; commercial contracts within the life sciences sector, outsourcing, intellectual property, data protection, e-commerce. The range of clients is broad and includes; global pharmaceuticals to start-up technology businesses.
The candidate
Ideally the successful candidate should have the following;
- Qualified as a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE
- Ideally trained at a top City or International law firm
- Excellent academics and strong commercial acumen
- Experience/Degree in Life Sciences or Medicine is advantageous
