PQE : 3+ years PQE
Location : Basingstoke
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Private Client Solicitor to work for a leading Hampshire law firm for a Maternity cover contract.
The firm has a strong client base with a substantial amount of work coming in from both repeat clients and client referrals.
As a solicitor, you will be working on a full varied case load with department secretarial support and assistance :
- Drafting and advising on wills and estate planning
- Declarations of trusts and trust administration
- Drafting and advising on LPAs and capacity issues
- Probate and estate administration including high net worth estates and individuals
You will also be assisting with driving the growth of the private client department and be proactive in business development.
