Family Fee Earner

Are you a Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with a strong working background in Family Law? We are working with one of Yorkshires leading law firms who have an opening in the Family department in their Barnsley branch.

Joining the Family team, it is actually a new role that you would be taking on so initially you would be building and developing your caseload alongside handling a small existing caseload. You would be managing cases from inception to completion, including conducting your own advocacy, instructing counsel and general file management.

This is a stand-alone role and so you would be working with minimal assistance, so you must come from a strong Family Law background. The firm are ideally looking for someone with good business development skills, who would be a qualified Chartered Legal Executive. You must be a confident communicator in order to build and maintain relationships with clients and your team.
