The Firm
This Top 20 International law firm is currently seeking to hire an associate for its Intellectual Property team. This firm has a strong litigation as well as advisory practice that has dealt in cases involving over £1billion worth of IP damages.
The role
This young and growing team that is looking to expand both its London and Asia function is seeking to hire an associate into its intellectual property group. This position will work on a variety of IP matters including contentious and standalone IP agreement work, R&D Agreements, IP rights and patent infringement on multi-jurisdictional cases.
The candidate
Ideally the successful candidate should have the following;
- Qualified as a Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE
- Ideally trained at a top City or International law firm
- Excellent academics and strong commercial acumen
- Experience in Intellectual Property is a prerequisite
