This prestigious Hull based law firm has one of the busiest private client departments in the East Riding of Yorkshire, and due to this fact, they are looking to add a 5 years' experienced private client fee earner to their team... 
 
You will be taking over your caseload of high net worth individuals and will be responsible for providing a wide variety of legal advice including wills, probate, court of protection, power of attorney and trust and tax planning.

In addition, you will be working closely with the partner and will be joining an enthusiastic, sociable and successful team of 6 private client professionals, consisting of apprentices to senior level solicitors.
 
In order to be successful in the position you must:

• Have 5 years' experience running your own caseload of private client files (training will be provided in areas that you are less familiar with)
• Have a good understanding of all areas within private client law 
• Posses an enthusiastic approach to business development
• Have a welcoming, friendly and understanding approach to both colleagues and clients.
