Title: Employment Solicitor
Location: Reading
Salary: up to £43,000 + DOE
PQE: 2 - 4
This leading legal 500 firm with offices through the UK is looking for an Employment Solicitor to work with Partners who are rated as leaders in this field. The Employment team has an excellent reputation across the regions where the offices are located (Reading, London, Cardiff, Swansea) and the Employment Law Team is rated top in both the Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 directories.
As a solicitor, you will be dealing with a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters for both Claimants and Respondents :
- Giving advice
- Drafting documentation
- Witness statements
- Conducting negotiations
- Advocating in tribunal
You will support the more senior solicitors and have exposure to more complex and high value tribunal claims.
You will be working alongside approachable, dynamic partners. You will be joining a close knit team where you will be rewarded and valued and given the opportunity to get involved in practice development at an early stage.
