OUR CLIENT
We have a new in house role for a commercial lawyer c 2 -4 PQE to join a successful international team based in central London
THE ROLE
Due to a programme of expansion, a new opporrtunity has been created for a Solicitro to join a well respected vibrant business.
The post holder will report to the Head of Legal, and will be expected to work as part of a collegiate unit as a trusted legal adviser to the business and the Group worldwide.
The core work areas will involve the delivery of legal and commercial support to senior management and stakeholders, negotiating client contracts including:-
Commercial contracts,
Technology agreements
IP matters
Management of potential litigation
Risk management and training in house
Liaison with external advisers where appropriate
The Candidate
This is an ideal role for a candidate looking to develop an in house career, gaining first rate work experience within the IT/IP sector
Candidates will be expected to have 2-4 PQE from a leading law firm/ in house legal function with sound drafting and negotiating skills.
