Restructuring Solicitor

Our client is a market leading UK law firm currently looking to recruit an associate into its restructuring, corporate recovery and insolvency team.

This role will require you to handle a wide range of non-contentious work within a team environment. The firm operates as a national department which means you will get access to London quality work. Typically the team acts for banks, accountants, corporate clients and other stakeholders on all aspects of distressed lending, restructuring and corporate insolvency work.

You will have gained solid experience working in another recognised restructuring and insolvency practice. The role will require you to hit the ground running and as a guide our client would expect someone with at least 3 years experience in this area of work.
