In-House Intellectual Property Paralegal

Client

You will be joining a true global name in the fashion, apparel and clothing sector.

Role

You will be based at the organisation's cutting-edge and ultra high-spec central London offices.

You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of issues with respect to Intellectual Property including in relation to assisting on non-contentious and contentious issues, trademarks, counterfeits and liaising with third party take down providers.

You will have the ability to continue your development and learning by enjoying the support of a hugely talented existing in-house legal team.

You will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package.

You

You will have a Law Degree and possibly also have undertaken or be undertaking the GDL and/or LPC.  You will have significant prior exposure to a wide range of Intellectual Property related issues across the board.  Prior experience of a foreign language in particular Mandarin would be especially advantageous.
