An excellent opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified Corporate Associate to join the London based Corporate team of a US law firm.
About the Role
The Corporate Solicitor will be joining a highly regarded team known for their impressive mid-market deals. You will be advising clients on matters including:
- Public and private M&A
- Joint ventures
- Private equity
- Initial public offerings
- Corporate finance
- General company and commercial matters
A lot of the work has a cross-border element.
Candidate Profile
To be considered for this Corporate Associate position, you will be able to demonstrate:
- The completion of at least one corporate seat during their training contract
- Excellent academics
- A degree from a respected university
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
