Title: Property Litigation Solicitor

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE

Location: Southampton

Level: 5+ PQE

Our client is a leading national law firm with top-tier legal 500 rankings for real estate and they are looking for a Property Litigation Associate to join their award winning team in Southampton.

The role has arisen out of an amazing stream of work and overall growth within the firm. This opportunity will give the successful Property Litigation Associate the opportunity to work on a large range of matters involving property based litigation, as well as advice and support to non-contentious real estate lawyers. You will act for a wide range of household-name corporates, investors and asset management companies, well-known retailers, residential landlords and individuals and boast particular expertise in the retail and leisure, development, charities, government and banking sectors. Experience of both Commercial and Residential Property Litigation is ideal for this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of the senior set up at the firm and to work with individuals who are recognised for their specialism in this area on high value matters. For the right candidate there are excellent chances for progression.
