Our Client are Established and highly regarded Legal 500 firm in London West End, they have instructed us to recruit experienced Solicitor to join our busy Employment team. This position will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to be an integral part of the team, assisting in the expansion and management of the department.
The team advises employer and senior level individual clients on all aspects of non-contentious and contentious matters. While some assistance is needed to service the current case load, the candidate will be expected to join the firm with a proven following.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is ambitious and driven, who feels they have achieved all they can in their current position, and is now looking for the next step in their career. The candidate will have a natural appetite for Respondent work, and will be able to demonstrate this in their work experience. Due to the nature of the role, the preferred candidate will be able to generate and run their own cases, and be ready to be involved in the management and development of a small team. Candidates must have some following and portable business. Candidates will be at Associate or Partner level.
