Housing and Prosecutions Lawyer
Our client, a local authority based in the North West, is seeking a Housing and Prosecutions Lawyer to join their team for a period of 3 months initially, with the view to extend the contract to 6 months.
Our client is looking for a Solicitor that has a strong and demonstrated interest in doing both housing and prosecutions. The caseload will include, but will not be limited to:
- Possessions
- Disrepair
- Homelessness
- ASB
- Benefit fraud
- Enforcement notices
- Licensing
Local authority experience is highly desirable for the role however those that conduct similar work in private practice is strongly encouraged to apply. This local authority offers condensed and flexible working hours including home working for the right candidate.
