Structured Products Lawyer, NQ-2PQE, Popular City Practice

This premium City firm is looking to hire a junior associate to join its structured products team based in London. The role will involve the full spectrum of a structured products offering, from the drafting and negotiation of structured product documents to ensuring a smooth process to transaction close. The new hire should also expect to be involved in programme updates, proprietary index rules, OTC derivatives, and various regulatory matters. This is an international law firm with a strong City practice.

The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years PQE gained within a highly regarded structed products practice. Strong academics and excellent drafting skills are required. Experience in debt capital markets, funds, deposits and derivatives is advantageous but not required. The firm offers an excellent remuneration package, career progression and secondment opportunities.
