A West End based Real Estate Investment Manager is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their growing team in London. This In-House Counsel role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and will best suit a qualified Property Finance Lawyer.
Responsibilities of your new role
Your core duties in this Legal Counsel role will include:
- Working directly with the Senior Transaction & Legal Manager
- Taking forward and ultimately concluding all live deals
- Aiding with contracts, compliance and general legal commercial queries
Candidate requirements
This In-House Counsel role requires an individual who demonstrates:
- UK qualification and 1+ years of PQE
- Property Finance experience
- A law firm or in-house background
- Flexibility and strong technical skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business
