Adults Lawyer required to join a friendly and supportive local authority based in London on a locum basis.
This is a great opportunity for an Adults Lawyer to join a popular London-based Local Authority. The workload will be varied, covering the full range of Adults matters, which may include;
- Community Care
- Court of Protection
- Welfare and deprivation of liberty
- No recourse to public funds
- Judicial Reviews
- Age assessments
- Ordinary residence disputes
- Adult mental health work
Our client is looking for the successful candidate to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have local authority adults law experience, however NQ lawyers and adults lawyers from private practice will also be considered as some training can be provided. The team is welcoming and supportive, and the council is willing to accommodate flexible working for the right candidate with some working from home available.
