The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate into their Ely office.

You will work alongside the experienced team on a range of Commercial Property matters. The firm are undergoing significant expansion, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive and ambition to the team.

The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters including Landlord and tenant, Acquisitions and disposals, Development and Investment work

This team have a wealth of experience working with a varied client base. The firm are entrepreneurial and so are looking for determined individuals to join the team who have a strong work ethic. Requirements

• You will be an experienced Associate, Senior Associate or CILEX with 5 PQE +
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge for a range of matters
• You will be ambitious and highly motivated by the work that you do
