Childcare Advocate

Childcare Advocate required to join a Local Authority based in the Home Counties.

The client is ideally looking for a Barrister or Solicitor Advocate to join a well-regarded and welcoming Childcare team. The post will require you to conduct advocacy on behalf of the team.

Advocacy will include contested and final hearings up to 3-5 days ideally in the FPC and County Court

This role is a great opportunity for those looking to work in-house and to solely conduct advocacy. The client is open to being flexible on working from home, however the successful candidate must be able to drive due to the Courts.
