Our growing legal recruitment consultancy is looking for recruitment consultants with experience working on temporary or locum assignments to join the team.

If you have excellent organisational skills and the ambition to take your recruitment career to the next level, we'd love to hear from you.
You don't need to have previous legal recruitment experience, but you do need to be a seasoned temporary recruiter who can hit the ground running with temporary and contract work.

The Role
Working with clients in the legal sector, including both law firms and legal in-house teams, you will be responsible for handling temporary recruitment assignments requiring a quick turnaround. Sometimes these might be challenging, with tight deadlines. You will be able to provide a first-class temporary recruitment service, having full autonomy over your own candidates and clients.

About you
You will have previous experience working on temporary, contract or locum recruitment assignments. This experience does not have to be in the legal sector.
As we do, you will have a passion for recruitment and be able to demonstrate this through a proven track record of achieving targets.
Working on our temporary recruitment desk, you will be organised, a strong communicator and able to work well under pressure, seeking the necessary solutions to clients' needs. You will be an ambitious professional, keen to succeed, with a strong work ethic. And you will be a good team player too, able to fit within our friendly, open office environment.
