A well-known, regional firm is looking for a qualified solicitor or legal executive to be able to handle and run their own caseload of files.
This Lincolnshire-based opportunity would suit someone who is happy to work across all aspects of residential conveyancing. This will include sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, buy to let, help to buy, shared ownership issues across freehold and leasehold matters.
The firm also get a small amount of new build development enquiries coming into the department.
You’ll be dealing with own sizeable caseload and you will have the gravitas to deal with people at all levels – internal and external clients. You will be commercial in approach and able to work to deadlines and help solve problems.
The firm themselves are very proactive in terms of salaries, packages offered that are usually above market average, and looking after staff.
