Commercial Property Senior Associate

The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate to join their rapidly expanding Bury St Edmunds Office.

You will be working closely with the Commercial Property Partner to build the firm's reputation further and increase their Commercial Property offering throughout the Suffolk region.

They are now looking for a client facing Associate or Senior Associate with significant business development experienced to join them in an autonomous role, reporting to the Commercial Property Partner.

You will be encouraged to build your own client base whilst being supported by an enthusiastic team of fee earners and support staff.

In this role you will deal with a broad caseload for both organisations and individuals, including: Landlord and tenant, Acquisitions and disposals, Development and Investment work

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate with at least 5 years PQE
• Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
• You should have first-class communication and business development skills
• A transferable Client base or regional contacts is advantageous, but not essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
