They are interested in hiring a M&A specialist with experience gained within a reputable law firm and/or a company or an investment vehicle similar to themselves.

Applicants must be qualified in the UK, US, Australia, New Zealand or Canada, have a minimum of 7 years' PQE in the field of Corporate M&A Law and be able to relocate to the UAE or be already based there.
