Ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor sought for an outstanding law firm in West Yorkshire.

A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading practice in Leeds. The successful candidate will be managing and assisting with a busy caseload of commercial property matters.

Responsibilities
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Leases, licences and other tenancy matters
• Commercial property management
• Finance documentation
• Acquisitions of freehold and leasehold properties
• Disposals of freehold and leasehold properties
• Structure of special purpose vehicles
• Property disputes
• Property tax issues
• Marketing

The Candidate
• Solicitors with a minimum of one up to three years’ PQE
• Solid experience in commercial property matters gained within a reputable firm
• Technical ability and experience of handling a broad range of work is essential
• Being pro-active, driven, professional and flexible is necessary
• Genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm
