Temp Senior Counsel/Legal Counsel.
We are working on an outstanding opportunity for a top-quality, immediately available Commercial/Procurement Solicitor to join our client in their Berkshire offices on a limited company, day-rate contract
Our client is a Communications company with a great reputation in the market.
Offering significant autonomy and exposure to high-value, high-profile, and complex commercial agreements, this role is to support the client during a time of exciting development.
To be considered for this superb opportunity, you must be a fully qualified Commercial or Transactional Solicitor, with first-rate private practice training at a top tier or Magic Circle law firm, coupled with at least 3 years' in-house experience.
Additionally, Temp Senior Counsel/Legal Counsel candidates with experience of buyer-side procurement contracts will be particularly attractive. You will also be immediately available and committed to commuting to Berkshire on a daily basis.
The rate is competitive, and the client's headquarters are easily accessible and within walking distance to the station.
