A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Reward & Benefits Manager to join one of the most sought-after international law firms, based in stunning offices, on a permanent basis.

The Reward & Benefits Manager will be responsible for the total reward strategy of the London office and managing a small team. They will advise on global reward and benefit projects and will be responsible for Partner benefits globally.     

The key duties will include:

  • Management and administration of UK payroll
  • Management of UK benefits
  • Vendor management
  • Review and develop competitive reward policies
  • Benchmarking and competitor research
  • Team management and development
  • Pay gap reporting and projects

The right candidate will have strong people management and team work skills with a willingness to share best practice. They will be a strong communicator with a proactive approach. Experience within the legal sector in a HR environment is desirable and they must be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of current reward issues.
