Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Legal Executive.
I have an excellent opportunity available for a clinical negligence solicitor/legal executive to join an established Claimant Clinical Negligence department at a leading Leamington Spa based Legal 500 firm.
My client is a multi-site Legal 500 practice with a busy and professional Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team. They are now seeking to appoint an experienced clinical negligence solicitor/legal executive into a fee-earning role, where you would handle a challenging caseload of complex fast and multi-track clinical negligence claims.
The department numbers several clinical negligence specialists of varying levels (and types) of qualification. It would be expected that you can work with a level of independence and autonomy, though support is on hand from the wider team. As an established team, there is a good flow of work entering the department, and you would be expected to add to this through targeted marketing.
The team is largely 'home-grown' so work collaboratively and efficiently and the firm has a generally friendly and down to earth outlook.
