Residential Development Senior Associate

This ambitious law firm are seeking a real estate development solicitor / associate (ideally 4PQE+) to join their team based in the City.

The Development team handles some of the firm's largest clients and due to an increase in work they are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join them to assist with a range of development work across both commercial and residential matters. You will work on a number of complex sites where a high level of experience is required to advise on and draft the required documents and agreements. This team deals with the full life-cycle of development matters.

Applications are invited from real estate development solicitors (ideally 4PQE+) who can evidence experience from City, West-End or a strong regional practice. You will feel comfortable in a client-facing role and will be willing to assist in the managing of junior members of the team. Experience within affordable housing and the set-up of large scale residential estates is preferred but it is not essential for this role.
