We are instructed on a new role within the general commercial property department of a small, leading commercial City firm.
Commercial Property is one of the firm's core areas and the team has a broad practice which includes acquisitions, disposals, restructuring, commercial landlord and tenant, property joint ventures and development, acting for private individuals as well as international corporates including developers, investors and various occupiers in the retail, office, media and industrial sectors.
The partner-associate ratio is low ensuring junior lawyers enjoy direct contact with partners and clients and associates and the team continually invests in associate development, offering regular in-house courses as well as external training with recognised organisations.
The firm has a healthy level of profitability and the role has arisen as a result of growth. It is known for offering an excellent work / life balance and is considered to be a great alternative to the big City law firms.
