Group Head of Legal and Compliance iGaming

A unique opportunity has arisen to work for one of the leading international investment companies concerned with iGaming.

Working directly with the founders this position will leverage your career with exposure across B2B and B2C businesses across the Group. Currently running at seven companies in the portfolio, these are all long term investment opportunities and all are growing strategically and financially year on year.

The role will be fast paced, entrepreneurial and inspirational working with some of the industry's leaders in this sector.

Your generalist knowledge of Legal within the Gaming industry will be put to excellent use being at the forefront of driving business goals.

The remit will cover contracts negotiation and drafting in great detail as well as other commercial topics on a day to day basis including Employment contract matters.

In addition you will have responsibility for Company Secretarial duties and contributing fully at Board Meetings.
