Client

You will be joining a household name instantly recognisable brand name organisation operating within the tech space.

The organisation is enjoying a sustained period of success and continued growth, both organically and via international acquisition.

Role

You will be based at the organisation's cutting-edge and high-spec HQ located on the Hampshire/Surrey/West Sussex borders, close to both public transport and major motorway links.

You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of commercial contracts and wider day to day legal issues such as in relation to competition law, IP, DP, Compliance and litigation.

You will work within a highly supportive and collaborative in-house legal team dynamic.  You will report directly into the General Counsel and enjoy unrivalled support and training.  You will also have the genuine opportunity to develop this role out into a Head of Legal role within the short-term, enjoying the full support of the General Counsel to continue your career development and growth.

You will have direct and immediate access to senior management and directors and all other key internal stakeholders at all levels.

You will be rewarded with a market-leading remuneration package including car allowance and bonus.

You

You will be a qualified lawyer with 4+ years' PQE and have prior experience of a range of commercial contracts and additional legal issues such as in respect of compliance.  You will be hungry and enthusastic to learn and continue your growth and development.
