This firm is an exciting new start up, the firm has a real buzz and entrepreneurial spirit running through the practice in abundance. Business is in this firm's DNA - this firm has been set up by two of the most respected and heavy hitting Property Lawyers in the London market.

Now is an exciting time to join the firm, as they have plans to grow to a headcount of 100 in five years. With this comes a great opportunity to progress. You will be working with Partners who will invest in you not just technically, but will give you the skills you need to become a fully rounded Property Paralegal, and potentially a Solicitor in the future; this firm do offer Training Contracts or CILEx routes to the right candidates.

The firm

This firm launched only 6 months ago and in this time they have turned over in excess of £350k, and this is without them even having fully had chance to market the practice, this is in part due to the incredibly strong network that the Partners have. They have tripled their head count and have relationships with the largest mortgage brokers across the City and get referred a vast amount of work from London's most prestigious estate agents.

You will find a real buzz and positive ethos running through the practice. They are innovative and have one particular idea which they believe will be a game changer in the market and place them heads and shoulders above the competition.

The role

This is a stand-out opportunity for an LPC Graduate with an evident interest in property law, based in the City of London; with this role comes prospects to springboard up the career ladder.

You will work directly alongside two industry giant Partners. The Residential Property department deals with an excellent quality of work for an affluent client base of purchases, sales, lettings, and financing of residential property for high net worth individuals, investors and developers, and leasehold enfranchisement. The firm ensures fee earners only have manageable caseloads and charge well for the work they do. You will run your own Residential Conveyancing caseload.

Requirements

  • You will be an LPC Graduate with evident interest and some work experience in conveyancing / property
  • You will be an ambitious, dynamic individual
  • A positive "can do" attitude is key to the role
