You will be working with Partners who will invest in you not just technically, but will give you the skills you need to become a fully rounded Property Paralegal, and potentially a Solicitor in the future; this firm do offer Training Contracts or CILEx routes to the right candidates.

This firm launched only 2 months ago and in this time they have turned over in excess of £150k, and this is without them even having fully had chance to market the practice, this is in part due to the incredibly strong network that the Partners have. They have doubled there head count and have relationships with the largest mortgage brokers across the City and get referred a vast amount of work from London's most prestigious estate agents.

The role

This is a stand-out opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal; with this role comes prospects to springboard up the career ladder.

You will work directly alongside two industry giant Partners. The Residential Property department deals with an excellent quality of work for an affluent client base of purchases, sales, lettings, and financing of residential property for high net worth individuals, investors and developers, and leasehold enfranchisement. The firm ensures fee earners only have manageable caseloads and charge well for the work they do. You will run your own Residential Conveyancing caseload.

Requirements

• You will be a Conveyancing Paralegal (1+ years experience)
• You will be an ambitious, dynamic individual
• A positive "can do" attitude is key to the role
• You will have evidence of meeting billing targets
• Salary is negotiable and very much dependent on your background
