Are you actively seeking a new Conveyancing opportunity?
A large legal 500 firm based in the city centre is currently looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their Residential Property Department.
The Role:
This role will be a fee earning role, the successful Conveyancing Fee Earner will be required to run their own files from instruction through to post completion, work with minimal supervision and hit the ground running, whilst also supporting and overseeing more junior members of staff. Working with lenders and buy to let properties.
Requirements:
The ideal Conveyancing Fee Earner must have worked within a Conveyancing role ideally with 3 years' experience as well as be able to handle a large case load with minimal supervision.
You must be either CLC, CILEx or working towards either of these qualifications.
