An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for an IP Litigation Associate to join one of the largest IP practices in the UK. This role is based in London, and is offered on a permanent, full time contract.
About the Role
The IP Litigation Associate will be joining a contentious IP Team which acts for some of the most well-known household names across a variety of sectors. The role will involve the following:
- A varied range of disputes and related advisory work concerning soft IP
- General commercial disputes where there is an IP element
Candidate Profile
The successful IP Associate will have:
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales
- Undertaken the Oxford IP Diploma or planning to in the future
- 1-2 years’ PQE
- The desire to become a real specialist in the field
- Strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to cultivate client relationships and deliver commercially focused advice
